Theatre Director, Josephine Theatre
in San Antonio
Thomas Miller is a native San Antonian who attended Roosevelt High School the first three years it was open, served three years in the Fifth Army Band in the 70's, followed by two years at Texas Southern University in Houston, which has precipitated a 40-year career filled with jazz bands, original music, and leading roles in musical theatre. Simultaneously a hands-on practice in Massage Therapy and alternative healing therapies helped pay the bills when music and theatre did not. Mr. Miller's family has been devoted to The Josephine Theatre and its community service since its renovation in 1987, and he has served as Executive Director for the last five years.
