A lot of what she did dictated the future of the degree and whilst she was in 2nd year she was in fact employed to teach students in 3rd and 4th year Design and Fine Art.
Samantha attended the Glasgow School of Art on an exchange and scholarship program in 2002. She did a fine art degree as a backdoor into fashion but her interests evolved more into the installation and conceptual art, even though the first thing she did when she left University was in fashion.
Samantha is passionate about creative expression and quotes Picasso the meaning of life is to find your gift and the purpose of life is to give it.
She teaches workshops and does collaborative art projects for community development. Painting, drawing, textiles – she is into anything that uses creative expression.

She shares how her experience in textiles, fashion, and recovery has enhanced and rehabilitate her world. An unsuspecting and humble artist gives it here all here.
This was "Presentation of the Day" on Tuesday, September 8th, 2015.
