Lynn Youland spent the last twenty years teaching elementary children in New York City. She arrived in Warwick while studying Islamic architecture in the Middle East having been to eastern Anatolia, Catul Hayuk, and Mount Ararat. Experiences in Turkey created a life long interest in ancient civilizations.

Message from Armenia

Lynn Youland became enamored with Armenia when she was on a traveling fellowship in Islamic Architecture from the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.  The many dramatic images are from that part of our world that has been under assault for millennia.  Armenia is quite possibly the place of human origin.
