Sociological studies for decades prove that for employers important not only professional skills, but also additional knowledge and skills. They are not given in schools and universities: critical thinking, responsibility, the ability to communicate and many others. They are called "soft skills". Emotional and communicative characteristics of the student determine the life success no less than academic achievement.
