Sunday, February 7, 2016 was a typical day in her life that could be illustrated in 20 drawings– drawings that could be described as anything but typical! See Mariya put on her shoes, space out at a cafe, meet some people, and get drunk and sleepy towards the end of the night... all through the “lens” of her fantastic drawing style.

In Memory Walks - Is This The Way I Went? from PechaKucha Night Tokyo Vol. 136, artist and scientist Arthur Huang talks about the evolution of his Memory Walks Project which he began in 2012. This project draws influences from his research work in neuroscience and delves into ways of visualizing everyday memories, on all of all things, eggs. His solo exhibition of the same title is on display at HAGISO from May 17 - June 5, 2016.

Yeka Haski is a multi-media artist, creating character-related artworks, illustrations and product design. In April 2018 she started a project called "Character a day" to challenge herself and to understand why we all love characters so much, and how to make a great one.

I want to realize some picture-postcards that show “historical” family scenes.
These drows are made on tellings and descriptions of caracters and environment, so them are personalized for a single family. As if we look at an old photo album, we could have a memory sketch album.
I work as architect in Genova.
In 2011 founded the graphic and photo project RetròScatto.
From 2006 since 2013 I have joined and worked with Linkinart, group founded with other architects.
I have attended at some art exhibitions and realized illustration for publishing and music cd.

PechaKucha Night Vol. 1 in Tegus
Greetings from Tegucigalpa, or we locals call it, Tegus! In 3 very short weeks we will be launching the first PechaKucha Night ever in our Central American country of Honduras. We have just revealed our amazing poster designed by the very talented designer Alicia Medina, a cool lady whose experience includes illustration, branding, and art direction among other things. The poster design is based on popular local handicrafts that are a symbol of Honduras - handpainted clay roosters in bright, happy colors. During this first volume of PechaKucha Tegus we'll be sharing stories from chefs, yoginis, actors, film directors, artists, street artists and even beer brewers. It's bound to be a vibrant mix of ideas and interesting people on this warm summer night. We'll keep you all posted on how our very first night goes. We're really excited and we think it'll be a total hit. Til next time!

On 26 February in Kiev will host one of the biggest events in the PechaKucha format! 12+ stories from creative people who are close to the «Design in your city» theme.
