Kira’s primary mission is the desire to help us recognize our blocks and heal our bodies naturally while simultaneously healing and transforming our planet. Her work with nutritionists, Shamans, Indigenous Elders together with the practices of yoga and meditation created a meaningful path of healing in her own life that she now shares with others. She’s been on several radio shows as well as having her own radio show. She is currently teaching workshops called “Regenerate with High Frequency Foods” where she assists people to heal and regenerate their bodies holistically with food, energy work, ceremony and love.

When George Datseris started Spray Paint Art, he was immediately hooked by the simplicity of it and how quickly you could get good looking results. In a few months of self-practice, he got better and was soon even asked to display his artwork.
A few years and art exhibitions later, he decided to teach people about the art himself and hand over his excitement for the craft. To show how easy it can actually be, he decided to take the crisp format of PechaKucha to turn it into a tutorial on how to get started being creative with the spray cans and paint a planet - in less than 20x20 seconds!
