Michael Cervin has been writing about water issues for over a decade. He is the Senior Editor for Bottled Water Web, and author of the book, “Our World of Water: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly of Earth’s Most Critical Resource,” and the author of a water blog, This World of Water. He has been a water judge at the Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting for seven years, and was invited by the Chinese government to participate in the Golden Headwater Protection Summit in Beijing, China. His water articles have appeared on FoxNews, the Santa Barbara News-Press, The Tasting Panel, Draft, Food & Beverage World, The Pacific Coast Business Times, Goldenseal, the Ventura County Reporter and many others.
