Stone mover and masonry artist Reo Kaneko shares about a project started deep in the mountains of Tokushima prefecture, an endeavor which aims to inherit the lost techniques of building dry stone walls.

Over the past 20 years John Hartling has worked with community service groups in many roles.  Focusing primary on working with people living in poverty he has developed and managed programs assisting youth & adults with achieving their educational and employment goals. Currently, John works at MetroWorks as the Manager of Programming and Business Development. One of his responsibilities includes providing leadership and support to the staff and participants at Stone Hearth Bakery, which has been a social enterprise in Halifax since 1982!!
