@ VOL 3 ON JUN 05, 2015

"Reptiles, insects, and primates, all of them make me nervous. It sounds like everything sorta makes me nervous. But you got to push yourself and this is part of the reason I try to have new experiences, and try things I normally wouldn't try, because really, when are you going to hold an American Alligator or a Stick Bug.

In Lions, Tigers and Binturongs, Oh My! from Accident Vol. 3, former zoo docent, Devon Sponheimer, shares her love for animals in this offbeat presentation about her journeys around the world interacting with all sorts or species! Have a listen and find out some interesting animal facts such as why Binturongs smell like popcorn, or which gender of the platypus is venomous.

Almost five years after they’ve first set foot in India the charity is thriving and about to double the number of kids they are able to send to school. However, it hasn’t been always easy. Tim will guide us through some of the tough choices they’ve had to make along the way and tell us about how he combines a full time job at the world’s largest travel site (TripAdvisor) with the exciting (and rewarding) world of philanthropy.
