In addition to being the Manager of Energy and Sustainability for the Regional District of Nanaimo, Chris is an adjunct professor in VIUs new Master of Community Planning program. Chris’ areas of expertise include sustainable community design and planning, urban design, sustainable transportation, policy development, and organizational change.
