Rosie the Riveter

Bailey Sisoy Isgro is the owner of Detroit History Tours and the Detroit History Club. Since Bailey has been with us last, she published her first children's book "Rosie: A Detroit Herstory" with Wayne State University Press, which is due out summer of 2019.

Introverts Guide to Flirting

Laura Khalil refers to herself as a "technology consultant turned comedian." Her podcast Sexistential Crisis touches on her personal intimate experiences and she interviews kickass experts on the topics of sex, dating and relationships - think Cosmo but way cooler and more in touch with the modern woman. Laura is also a community and woman's rights activist; just this past summer she spoke and mentored Operation HOPE, Inc.'s S.T.E.M. summer program for business minded girls.

Wild Woman Wandress

Chelcee Aitchison holds degrees in anthropology and psychology from the University of Michigan. Her education and passion for exploring the world has taken her to far off places including the Amazon jungle, the Canadian Rockies, and most recently to Michigan’s most area - Isle Royale National Park. She shares these adventures in her blog, Wild Woman Wandress.

Alex Mayo discusses the history of Hunt Street Station as Detroit’s first police academy, its recognition on the National Register of Historic Places, and the future of this transformed space.

Dennise Vidosh is the founder of RE-TREE, an organizational off-shoot of Green Acres Tree Farm, Inc., whose mission is to save historical trees and shrubbery from being destroyed in construction. Re-Tree's rescue offers a solution that protects the life and integrity of existing mature trees and gives unique sustainable nursery products that have positive impacts on the planet, people and communities.
