Kate Huser Santucci and Amy Kollar Anderson are both living and making art in Dayton.  Between them, they have figured out how to use found bones and glitter on the same piece of work, and remain friends! For them, collaboration is not just a buzzword, but has become a way of thinking about creativity, friendship, and a new way of working.

Archisociology Cohousing

Chip Williamson is founder and principle of Chameleon Architecture AND a new Daytonian.  He now claims his professional title as Archi-sociologist. That is, studying the intersection of community building and building design. His practice has worked with several co-housing communities in all stages of development. Trans-Siberian Railyway Journey

Ann B. Kim is a mixed-media artist who has been living in Dayton since 2009. Her current obsessions include the concept of time, space, place; antipodes, connecting with people, adventures, collecting dirt and trash, and roaming around the world. In 2017, she circumnavigated the globe as part of her research  during which time she completed the Trans-Siberian Railway, the longest railway in the world. She is currently an Associate Professor of Fine Arts at Indiana University East.​

Tim Kambitsch is a Dayton native with the awesome responsibility of leading the $187 million dollar building program for the Dayton Metro Library.  When finished there will be 17 new, expanded or completed remodeled libraries in the Dayton area. Here he talks about one facet of that program, commissioning original art for these new buildings.

D Ralph Young is a graduate of the College of Engineering at the University of Kentucky. He served as a consultant to the power industry all over the world. In 2006 he was inducted into the UK college of Engineering Hall of Distinction.He survived 4 major battles in the Pacific during WWII as a gunner's mate on the USS J Franklin Bell.
