Keep Swimming Moseley Road Baths

Kat Pearson is a member of Moseley Road Baths Action Group who are trying to make sure that the current owners (Birmingham City Council) not only look after the building, but also keep the pool open. The title comes from their recent social media campaign which encouraged people to #keepswimmingmrb!

When the Vientianale film-festival turns off the lights for another year, so begins 'Vientianale on the Road'. Helene Ouvard takes us on the road less travelled through Lao provinces from Bokeo to Champassak. Stopping at villages and schools, where make-shift screens are set up, or in reclaimed halls, we witness the sheer excitement of those taking part in a film workshop, or enjoying the best of recent Lao films.

Every year, Aly Sher Khan takes a group of friends to travel the Northern Areas of Pakistan - one region at a time! Last year their group decided to visit Astore, traverse the Deosai Plains and into Skardu. They were a group of 9 people in 2 vehicles. It was an amazing camping experience, one which Aly Sher shared with the PechaKucha Islamabad audience.

All of "ITP": Biking Every Road Inside the Perimeter

What began as a project to map all of the fruit trees in the city of ATL turned into a game, a challenge, and a discovery. Craig Durkin began biking entire neighborhoods as the founder of Concrete Jungle, taking different routes each time, and finding all manner of interesting aspects and landmarks around the city. Now, he has decided to bike every road inside Atlanta’s perimeter road (outer belt/beltway/perimeter). Listen as Craig tells of how this project began, what he’s found along the way, and how he is turning this project into crow-sourced information.
