Minneota based, award winniing dancer, Alanna Morris-Van Tassel shares her story as a dancer, choreogropher and teaching artist and her work in cities across the globe.

Having spent time in Arima as an artist in residence, Alanna was back in town, just in time for PechaKucha Night Arima, Volume 1 and was happy to speak about her experience as a working artist.

Since he was little, Dwayne Larson has had a passion for music, but with no patience to practice, decided to include his interest for photography by documenting concerts and shows. By getting into the crowds and capturing their excitable expressions when they see their favorite artist, he connects with their enthusiasm that is better than any amount of profit he can make.

Amber-Jean Neale shares with us how she found her passion - once she was given a pearl of wisdom of where to go looking for it - "you already know what your passion is, you are just ignoring it, it is what you do when you have a spare five minutes in a day" (this defintely made the audience at the Marhc 2017 PechaKucha Night in London think).

So Amber took up tattooing; and what a fine job she is doing! 

Amber as an artist think's it is the biggest compliment that someone wants your artwork on their body - too true!
