Jacob Martinez is a resident of Watsonville, community organizer, and a social entrepreneur. He designs and manages programs to increase the skills and confidence of Latinos/as to pursue careers in technology, increase parent engagement, community and coalition building. In this talk, Jacob talks about the inspiration behind his work and joy of being a father to his adopted children.
