Curse of the Architect

BY DALE WEISS
@ VOL 5 ON JUN 15, 2013

What is this Curse of the Architect? Dale Weiss explains it as the challenge architects put on themselves to always improve on their designs. Dale turns his architect's curse on croquet sets and shows us that if architects are not feared, but set free to create, amazing things can happen.

Eye Spy

BY DALE WEISS
@ VOL 7 ON MAY 24, 2014

When Dale Weiss started noticing images of single eyes showing up in his Facebook feed, he started annoying all his freinds with games of 'I Spy With My One Eye.' In this PechaKucha, he takes the game up a notch, but was clever enough to launch rolled up dollar bills into the audience as an incentive to guessers.

Dale Weiss has strong evidence the internet has become self-aware. Mark Zuckerberg is no longer in control of your Facebook news feed. However, contrary to popular science fiction predictions, the internet just wants to have a good laugh with us humans.

The PechaKucha Truth

BY DALE WEISS
@ VOL 15 ON AUG 20, 2016

Williamsburg organizer Dale Weiss asked his Facebook friends to send in some randon pictures, and Dale would see if he could make a story out of the images. Once he recieved the images, he realized the truth of PechaKucha was still out there, and needed exploring. (Apologies to Astrid on the national origin, but those ancient alien astronaut theorists do sloppy research).

So This Just Happened

BY DALE WEISS
@ VOL 16 ON NOV 12, 2016

In the middle of preparing a completely different presentation, Dale Weiss' life was interrupted by a necessary trip to St. Petersburg, Florida to attend his son's wedding. He lost his window to work on that presentation, but fortunately St. Petersburg provided more than enough material for this serendipidous PechaKucha.
