is the youngest ever winner of Masterchef UK and has a serious passion for Japanese soul food, which you can see for yourself if you visit him at his restaurant Nanban in Brixton, London.

In this PechaKucha given at Vol. 15 of the London series Tim shares his love for Ramen, the ultimate Japanese soul food! Tim's passion had the audience drooling and I think its safe to say had the audience went away and ordered a bowl of this delicious cuisine shortly after the event wrapped up - the London PechaKucha team certainly did! Mm..mmm...mmmmm...

The Savory Month of Ramendan

Jed Schmidt loves ramen so much he's pledged an entire month of devotion to the meaty, salty, soupy meal. And to keep track of his (and other's) nightly consumption, he developed a mobile-friendly webpage where one can post photos and geo-tag his location to the Ramendan calendar.
