Tracing her own journey, first to Canada from Pakistan and then from Toronto to Penticton, Tahira Saeed illustrates and parallels some of the general challenges of moving to a new community with some of her own. She ends her presentation by expalining her own work and the work of SOICS (the South Okanagan Immigrationa and Community Services), and the value and vibrancy new immigrants bring to our community.

Jay Gort goes into real depth on the new public restrooms, in the city of London. Describing and explaining the layout and design in great detail, Jay takes pride in the new structure. Going back in history behind the ideas of public restrooms, as a way to share equality among men. The new structure was to share equality with not just men, but women and children, along with keeping everything eco friendly and finding ways to be resourceful.
