Megan Aiken begins by introducing a man named Moshe Feldenkrais. He was a refugee, a martial artist, a scientist, and a chiropractor. Megan started taking violen lessons when she was a kid, but soon developed back problems. Rather than undergoing surgery, she decided to pursue a treatment method developed by Feldenkrais and had good results.
