Making Sense of Nonsense

Brighton-based illustrator Carlos Garde Martin talks nonsense.  He illustrates it too.  That's to say, his current MA project is on made up words, rhyme and embracing silliness. Within his art practice, he explores narrative in relation to his image-making. Expect a cartoon book soon!

Taut - alive sound experiment

A classiclaly trained singer, with a five octave range (!), as well as being an artist, Ingrid Plum shares a new sound experiment live within the PechaKucha format.  

A native of Denmark, she has made her home in Brighton England, but travels worldwide collaborating, researching and installing artwork.
