VOL 28

November 24, 2016
@ The Park Theater and Movie Cafe

They say there are two seasons in Manitoba: winter and construction. Well, most of those orange construction signs have been removed from our roadways and we know winter’s coming. There is a way to keep warm in late November, though – put away your shovels for a few hours, stop worrying about the snow and join us at the Park Theatre for PechaKucha Night.

There are no tickets being sold for this event. Admission is free, although we do accept donations at the door (a suggested: $10).

Keeping Youthful

BY JEFF BOSCHMANN
@ VOL 28 ON NOV 24, 2016

Jeff Boschmann has spent most of his life either being a youth, studying youth, or working with youth in some capacity. While that's really helped with the whole "feeling young forever" thing, he’s found that age and responsibility are really starting to catch up. With that, life has always been a constant series of turning corners and being surprised, which isn't a complaint, it keeps things interesting!
