Henna Art

Wendy Harris shares with us all the ways she expresses her henna art. Steampunk is a big influence for her as well as many of the traditional forms she uses. She does fashion shows, belly blessings, scalp decorations for cancer patients, and also henna paintings on canvas.

25 Day Trek on the Camino Frances

The Camino Frances, also known as the Way of Saint James, is the most famous of the pilgrimage roads leading to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. It dates to the 9th century and the age of Charlemagne. Carol Hammer made the trek at the age of 64, and shares her images and her advice - Walk, Eat, Drink, and Savor.

Analog Food

"If we are what we eat, and art reflects what we are, is the art that I make what I eat?" Lulú De Panbehchi asks this question as she is inspired with photography. To find her answer, she mixes some of her favorite foods (like chocolate and cookies) and favorite drinks (like wine) with the film in her camera and has fun with the results.
