&company gives emerging designers the opportunity to build their design experience within a creative community. They provide mentoring, facilitate production with local craftspeople and manufacturers, and take care of the marketing and distribution of the design. &company is on a mission to give designers a leg-up as they develop into capable and confident professionals. Not just for designers, the new Pop-Up premises in The Rocks invites anyone in to come and make something in the workshop, learn new skills in a class, or check out the work by their designers in the gallery and store.
