Illustrator Kriss Zammit Endrich came from an island world of high pressure academics, art conservation and perfectionism. With her whole life planned out for her by others, Kriss began to feel dissatisfied with the direction of her young life. Making her way through London, and eventually Saskatchewan, she soon  began making decisions from a place of passion once again, finding her own artistic voice and realzing sometimes the best things come when the pressure is off.

Fine Art vs. Graphic Design

Dustin George is an art director at MGM Communications. He has Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Indigenous Art from the First Nations University of Canada, and the University of Regina. He took his design education at Red River College in Winnipeg where he graduated with diplomas in graphic design and advanced graphic design. Having completed schooling in both the Fine Art and Graphic Design disciplines, Dustin explains the differences between the two, and where his journey has taken him.
