A Very Merry PechaKucha Christmas Tree

Just in time for Christmas, PechaKucha Night in Osnabrueck organizer Clemens Gruber and his team send us this beautiful PechaKucha Christmas tree to help celebrate the holidays. From everyone here at PechaKucha HQ in Tokyo, here's wishing you a very merry PechaKucha Christmas!

Light Painting in Osnabrueck

Shown at Osnabrueck's PechaKucha Night Vol. 6 earlier this year, the photos included in this post are part of some "light painting" work by Christoph Abé and Kai Bornemann. PKN Osnabrueck organizer Clemens Gruber has sent us some text in German to accompany the photos, but do note that all of them do not use any Photoshop trickery.

Donations at PKN Osnabrueck Vol. 4

PKN Osnabrueck organizer Clemens Gruber sends in this update following this week's Vol. 5 event.

PechaKucha Osnabrueck was part of the "Global PechaKucha Night for Haiti" with a presentation from Robert Buss about the "Disposable Office." Some ideas for sustainable, cheap, but pretty furniture -- this was the brainwork of our support! At our 5th PKN we did the financial side, as ideas only cannot build a school or office. We raised $211.29.

As with other cities, let us remind everyone that you can still go to any city page and donate directly there to show your support.

Since we're revisiting older PechaKucha Night events, here's also a few photos from previous PKNs in Osnabrueck. The latest (Vol. 5) was held last night, so hopefully we'll get some new photos soon as well.

Beer Break in Osnabrueck

We've featured quite a few PechaKucha Night posters over the past few weeks, but now we turn our attention to another PKN tradition: the beer break. The above image was used at the recent PKN Osnabrueck Vol. 2 during the aforementioned mid-session breather.
