We kick off the week with a "Presentation of the Day" that was recorded in Frankfurt about a studio in Montreal. 75 multimedia artists work at Moment Factory. Although the studio is based in Montreal, Canada, the team is composed of people from around the world and from various backgrounds, including dance, architecture, lighting design, programming, engineering, graphic design, illustration, music, production and more. What Gabriel Pontbriand loves so much about his job is that each project is a surprising adventure. Having and international and multidisciplinary group of people working together allows them to imagine interactions between technology and emotion that are unique each time.

It's no secret that yours truly is personally excited about the upcoming iPhone game Power Pill from Canadian creators Polytron and Infinite Ammo -- forming the all-powerful Infinitron Polypharma -- and as we previewed last week, Polytron's Phil Fish was set to reveal the first details of the game at this week's PechaKucha Night in Montreal. The night has come and gone, and Power Pill's "viral" debut is now public, thanks to Phil posting all of the presentation's images online -- and here's a video of the presentation.

Phil Fish at PKN Montreal Vol. 13
Fans of indie gaming, and more importantly of the upcoming and hotly anticipated game Fez from the Polytron Corporation, will not want to miss next week's PechaKucha Night in Montreal Vol. 13 (September 30), where Polytron designer Phil Fish will give a presentation on his other game -- Power Pill, an iPhone title designed in collaboration with developer Infinite Ammo -- "[t]alking about the highs and lows of designing a multi-touch game for fun and profit."
