PK NIGHT #8 IS HERE!
PechaKucha Night was devised in Tokyo in February 2003 as an event for young designers to meet, network, and show their work in public. It has turned into a massive celebration, with events happening in over 900 cities around the world, inspiring creatives worldwide. Drawing its name from the Japanese term for the sound of "chit chat", it rests on a presentation format that is based on a simple idea: 20 images x 20 seconds, totaling 6 minutes and 40 seconds per presentation. It's a format that makes presentations concise, and keeps things moving at a rapid pace.
PechaKucha Night began in Harare in 2016. It is a relaxed event, held at Sorella's Pizzeria in Rolf Valley, featuring a wide range of topics. Cost is $3/person (plz bring small notes) and it runs from 1800-2000 hrs….or 6PM-8PM.
