About the City's Organizers

  • Andrea Helgager

Listening to peoples’ stories, connecting with others, and building community around those stories are what feeds and inspires Andrea, both personally and professionally. After spending a month in Peru, a friend encouraged Andrea to share the story of her trip through PechaKucha. And so, with the support of this friend, and a kismet run-in with her fellow PKN Dubuque organizer Nikola, the magic began. She is stoked to see where Dubuque will take it.

  • Drew Noll

Drew enjoys working with various aspects of sound. A song writer, recording engineer, and sound designer are just a few of the talents in Drew's holster.

  • Ross Beck

Ross enjoys stand-up comedy, video games, politics, and being a tech geek. He has an awesome wife, two wonderful daughters... and two annoying cats.

  • Heidi Zull

I work part time as a professor of sociology and research writing and also work full time in marketing at Prudential Retirement. I like board games, NERF, cats, Dr. Who, bicycles and anime, but I love listening to the variety of stories that are spread through our community with Pechakucha.
