We poudly present the third edition's opening titles produced by One Weekend Project with the track "We're Not Coming Down" [live @ ESECTV] by local band Birds Are Indie. The Birds Are Indie will take part in this third edition by performing some of their music.

Poster for PKN Coimbra Vol. 3
PechaKucha Night in Coimbra Vol. 3 is set to happen November 12, and here's a look at the poster that was produced for the event, which appears here as an animated gif that "uses the time run as a concept." More from organizer Dominika Gorecka:
The poster was designed by Patrícia Alecrim, a very talented designer from our town, who will be also one of the presenters at this third edition of PechaKucha Night Coimbra.

Our second event was held at the beautiful monastery Santa Clara-aVelha and it was a huge success, with about 230 people attending. PKNC Vol. 2 was part of the overall University Week Event called "Reinvened City," and we asked our speakers to keep this in mind for their presentations. We saw very eloquent presentations from photographers, designers, physicists, art critics, arquitects, creative writers and so on, and many of them directly reflected the city of Coimbra as viewed by our speakers. Some approached it with satire or other kinds of provocation of establishment, and there were also some real projects for the improvement of city life.Without a doubt it was a night which made us all think, and that's awesome!

The first PechaKucha Night in Coimbra was held this past Saturday, and here's a look at the poster that was produced for the event. You can also find the full list of presenters with links on the official event page. Organizer Dominika Gorecka told us that the local university TV station was going to be covering the event, and that we should be getting photos as well soon.
