VOL 21

February 21, 2014
@ The City Club of Cleveland

On Friday, February 21st, 2014 PechaKucha Night Cleveland will be partnering with The City Club of Cleveland to launch the 2014 PechaKucha season!

For 100 years, The City Club of Cleveland has served as a "Citadel of Free Speech". For 10 years, PechaKucha Global has given people with creative ideas and passion a unique platform to reach an increasingly diverse audience. Both aspire to inform, connect and inspire; we promise the presenters at Volume 21 will do just that!

The doors and bars will open at 7:00pm as music fills the halls of The City Club of Cleveland. Presentations will begin promptly at 8:20pm. We encourage everyone to show up a bit early and enjoy a beverage and some conversation before the presentations get started to ensure you find a place to park and a seat.

While PechaKucha Night Cleveland is FREE and open to the public, you MUST purchase tickets to Volume 21. Unfortunately, tickets are currently sold out. We are telling people that if they did not get tickets in time, but would still like to come to the event, please feel free to show up at about 8:00pm to see if any additional people are being given tickets. If we are unable to let anyone extra in at 8pm, please feel free to return around 9:10pm when we go into our beverage break. Oftentimes, people will have to leave at break and that would allow us to let in additional people.

Please reach out to friends and colleagues to let them know about #PKNCLE21. Once the presenter list is finalized, you will be able to find it here on the Facebook Page as well as our Global Webpage (www.pechakucha.org/cities/cleveland

Autopsy of America

BY SEPH LAWLESS
@ VOL 21 ON FEB 21, 2014

Enigmatic artist Seph Lawless uses his photographs to capture the abandoned, neglected areas of America as a metaphor for our decaying society. By transforming social media into a social movement, Seph hopes that his work will spark political debate and constructive dialogue.

"Presentation of the Day" on May 28, 2014.
