I4PL – Calgary chapter, Learn @ Work Week, Powered by PechaKucha
The Institute for Performance and Learning (I4PL), formerly the Canadian Society for Training and Development, is a not-for-profit membership organization for workplace learning professionals.
Supported by a rapidly growing membership with chapters from coast to coast, I4PL exists to elevate the performance and learning profession by setting the standard for excellence in professional practice through a competency framework, code of ethics, and sought-after professional designations.
Our members come from a diverse range of sectors and are united by the knowledge that their skills are critical to the health and prosperity of Canadians.
To celebrate Learn @ Work Week, the Calgary chapter is hosting a special Powered by PechaKucha event. We’ve invited training professionals from some of Calgary’s biggest organizations, both public sector and industry, to look at the theme ENGAGE. Is it a process or destination? Does it differ by modality? Is there a trick to it? Or, is it an ever-elusive pink unicorn?

"Powered by PechaKucha" events are one-off events that are separate from regular city-based PechaKucha Nights, and that are usually held as part of festivals and conferences, but can also act as standalone events. These events include presentations that use the PechaKucha 20 images x 20 seconds format."
Contact us if you would like to use the PechaKucha format in your event.
