Today we have a double dose of presentations from last week's PKN Tokyo Vol. 95. Nooka's Matthew Waldman is no stranger to the PK mic, and in this new presentation (in English and Japanese), he updates us on the latest Nooka projects, including his fantastic sneaker collaboration with FILA.
The man behind "Shinsekai Toumei Hyouhon" (New World Transparent Specimens), Iori Tomita, shows off (in Japanese) his striking work -- produced by "enzymatically turning protein transparent, dyeing bones and cartilage" -- and the process of making them.
Today we highlight from the Tumblr blog the lovely poster created for PKN Usti nad Labem Vol. 3, which is set for October 9 at the Galerie Emila Filly -- you'll find the list of presenters on the official event page.
Cagliari is getting ready for its Vol. 4, and here's a fun video invitation for the upcoming event (to be held on October 26).
After a very hectic week of PKNs -- one of our busiest weeks ever -- it's time to switch over to October, which has already close to 60 PKNs set in the calendar, a number sure to grow over the coming weeks. There are no events happening tonight, but tomorrow night (October 2) we have PKN Aalborg Vol. 9 and PKN Norrkoping vol. 19.
